Ordering

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if we're able to catch it prior to shipping, we can change or cancel your order! Contact orders@mojopetsupply.com as soon as possible to make the change.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and all other major debit and credit cards.

We do not accept cash, personal or traveler's checks. Contact orders@mojopetsupply.com if you have any further questions.

Shipping

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Where does Mojo Pet Supply Ship?

We ship everywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $75 qualify for free shipping in the contiguous states. 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How does the free shipping option work? 
  • Free shipping is available for all 48 contiguous states. 
  • In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days. 
  • Packages almost always arrive within 2-5 business days from ship date but delays may occur
  • Delivery dates published on shipping carrier websites are not guaranteed and are subject to change. 
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Can I modify my shipping address?

Yes, if we're able to catch it prior to shipping, we can change your address! Contact orders@mojopetsupply.com as soon as possible to make the change.

How can I check the status of my order? 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. The carrier typically takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. Contact orders@mojopetsupply.com if you​l have​ any further questions.

What’s your return policy?

Unused items can be returned within 30 days. If your order is outside of​ these 30 days but you have an issue and are within our 60-day warranty period, feel free to reach out to us at orders@mojopetsupply.com.

Mojo Pet Products are built to last. All of our items are protected by a 60​​​ -day warranty. If the items you’ve ordered aren’t performing as they should or fail to meet your expectations in any way​,​ we’ll fix or replace them free of charge. Mojo Pet Products are easy to clean. A quick wash with warm water, a clean rag and some dish soap should do the trick!
